The remainder of Break The Cycle is about gleaning the guidance, messages and healing from your discoveries.  This week, your focus is on understanding and identifying your grievances and guilt so that you can make conscious choices about what you want to hold on to and clear out. You can make space for the relationships and experiences you want. You can make way for you. Let’s get started!
