MODULE 6 – Letting Go As a Way of Life

The remainder of Break The Cycle is about gleaning the guidance, messages and healing from your discoveries.  This week, your focus is on learning to let go through the forgiveness that comes with choosing to be more boundaried. Turns out, forgiveness, especially self-forgiveness, doesn’t have to be complicated or drawn-out.

If you’re in a space where this process has made you realise that you have what you might feel is a lot of anger to work through, that’s OK. Now you can do something about it. I also teach an expanded version of the clearing and releasing process that encompasses EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as tapping. The Big Emotional Clear-Out is a gentle and steady process where you spend a few minutes a day shifting buried feelings without having to go into a big ole excavation. Watch the video below.
