The way that we think about and treat us matters, and these are driven by our beliefs, or as I call them, reasoning habits. It’s critical to recognise our reasoning habits because we act in line with our beliefs (otherwise we wouldn’t have to believe). This means that any beliefs that drive us that aren’t in our best interests end up creating a self-fulfilling prophecy revealed in frustrating patterns.

Rate the statements as honestly as possible, going with your gut response, with 1 being least true for you and 10 being very true for you.
