DECEMBER 2016

THIS MONTH'S KEY MESSAGE

I allow myself to evolve from a place of love.

This month's theme is building new habits by adapting, tweaking and replacing any existing ones that get in the way of you living and loving with self-esteem. Getting more conscious about the content of your day can not only have a significant impact on your well-being because you become so much more mindful and take you away from anything that isn't serving you, but new habits are also part of the process of letting go.

The Library Podcast Ep 8: How Nat's Learned To Embrace Change

Each month you will enjoy access to a podcast episode created exclusively for members where I will share on an experience I’ve been through and highlight ways to get out of your own way, how to reduce ‘baggage’, and how to turn those head-wrecking and painful experiences into a gift.

Listen below or download here.

Stop, Start, Continue worksheet

Stop, Start, Continue worksheet imageUse this worksheet to gain perspective, clarity, and direction – acknowledge where you need to halt or get started (this is often the stuff we already know but are pretending that we don’t), but also acknowledge some of the good things, no matter how small they may seem to you, that you are already doing. Everything counts.

Goals With Soul

Goals With Soul image

Many people, myself included, find the notion of setting goals a bit daunting and it's not necessarily because we're commitment-phobic but more because they're not rooted in how we want to feel and what that might like. I use this worksheet with coaching clients so that they can approach change from a place of confidence.

Learning How To Parent You

Part of building more loving habits is about being willing to parent you in areas where you might need a bit more self-discipline, that ability to intervene not to be punitive but to act in your best interests even when that might mean short-term discomfort and not having instant gratification. I taught this class on Build Your Self-Esteem and it's really about how having a more compassionate inner and outer parenting role coming from you can transform your self-esteem and allow you to feel more safe and secure.
