This month's key message

I choose to let go so that I can be myself.

This month’s theme is about surrendering - letting go of the things you can't control so that you can start being in command of you. The truth is, when we are experiencing frustration, unhappiness or even despair in an aspect of our life or in general with us, it's because we want to be in control of what we can't be in control of. We stay in the uncomfortable comfort zone doing a whole load of stuff that doesn't serve us and then experience painful lessons that awaken us to the need to stop white-knuckling life and clinging to thoughts, stories, situations, things and even people that are blocking us from evolving and experiencing more contentment and joy in our lives. Learning to recognise when you're clinging and then letting go... and then letting go some more, is surprisingly liberating and frees you up to be more of who you really are.
