When I’m feeling anxious and I’m doing something (or a number of things) that appear to have the aim of moving me forward and yet I’m not, I love doing this quick but powerful exercise. Suddenly I can see how thinking about something in a particular way leads to me acting a certain way leads to me feeling XYZ, and round and round I go. I gain clarity and clues about how to address the situation.
