THIS MONTH'S KEY MESSAGE
I will be okay.
This month’s theme is bouncing back. We all go through times and enter dark places but there are also better, lighter times ahead. Managing our expectations of how we think that life 'should' go but also being aware of that journey we make in those tougher times, means that we can learn how to love and nurture us no matter what life throws our way--unconditional love.

The Library Podcast Ep 11: Behind The Scenes Of Learning About Getting Back On Track
Each month you will enjoy access to a podcast episode created exclusively for members where I will share on an experience I’ve been through and highlight ways to get out of your own way, how to reduce ‘baggage’, and how to turn those head-wrecking and painful experiences into a gift.

Check In With Yourself About Your Decision
Even though this was created for my How To Break Up course, this mini guide is really about sharing important truths about doubt and what really goes on with a decision. When you're going through a difficult time, it's easy to go even harder on you about decisions both past and present and to be tempted to know everything and to have guarantees that your decision and next step is 'perfect' and to feel confused by doubt. This guide is really about recognising that whatever happens, you need to be on your side and be open to paying attention to what really matters to you.
Facing Regret | Journaling Guide
This Facing Regret journaling guide has been very popular over the years and while it was another resource originally created to help people who felt very regretful after ending a relationship or needing to go NC, the guide was heavily downloaded by people who took my Build Your Self-Esteem and People Pleasing Diet courses because regret strikes about all sorts of things and so the questions can be applied to pretty much anything. Facing those feelings of regret and getting to a more truthful place means that regret begins to fade.

The Story Isn't The Same As The Truth
This is a very old video and even though it was created about No Contact, again, the message here applies to difficult decisions and rough patches. Part of what makes the rough times rough is the story you tell yourself so just make sure that you're telling the truth and rough will start to get better.
