This month's key message

I desire and show up for genuine intimacy in the relationships that matter most to me.

This month’s theme is about compatibility: being able to co-exist harmoniously at the intimate level of core values.  Recognising any inadvertent blind spots that are blocking you from creating, forging and sustaining genuinely intimate relationships is crucial. There are some highly prevalent cognitive leaps that us humans make and if you recognise them, you are at an advantage that will make a profound difference not just to the quality of your relationships but also to your sense of self-worth. Ultimately, when you learn healthier ways of relating to others, you also deepen your relationship with you too.

This simple but powerful exercise helps you to understand the beauty of boundaries and how when you embrace them, they help you to welcome what you desire. They can be an invitation for good and you can consciously choose the experiences, things and people that are congruent with your values.
