This month’s theme is about healing your younger self. If you want to feel more empowered, more content, more you, it's vital to connect with your younger self because this aspect of you, along with that part of you that tries to parent you, is behind why you might act out at certain times, or why you feel panicked and overwhelmed even when the present is not the same as the past. When you take care of your younger self, you feel more safe and secure.
