Examining Your Beliefs & 'Evidence' | JOURNALING GUIDE

When you examine why you are being hard on you about something, odds are that you feel justified in your attitude due to what you feel is the evidence in your possession such as mistakes and the past, current problems, ‘weaknesses’, comparison and needing help. In reality, it’s unlikely that you’d hold it over someone else and so this journaling guide prompts you to explore how fair and reasonable to you, effectively helping you to pierce a hole in some of your arguments for why you shouldn’t be or do certain things.
