If you're going to be successful at No Contact and more importantly, move forward, you're going to have to plan for success by thinking ahead and recognising where your vulnerable spots are. It's recognising what your Break NC Triggers are and what the pattern is between you both, and trust me, there is one. When you see that there's a pattern to why you engage or how, you'll realise that they know that there's a pattern and when you're most likely to respond.
