MODULE 3 – Associations

• Identify key past experiences and lessons that form your positive and negative associations.
• Differentiate between past experiences and responses and what is actually taking place in the present.
• Can explain at least 3-5 associations that form your ‘type’.
• Can compare and evaluate your own habits with those of significant people in your life with self-compassion.

Use these worksheets to identify positive and negative experiences of common issues that appear in patterns so that you can start homing in on whether you have a negative association and why that may be.

Keep track of your progress as you work through the course. Remember it’s self-paced, and you have access for a year.
