  • Differentiate between blame and responsibility and apply this to your internal narrative
  • Identify sources of blame from the past that are still influencing who you are and what you do today
  • Establish a more honest position regarding situations where you’ve blamed you entirely for what occurred
  • Reduce bullshit about Other People’s Behaviour
  • Use knowledge and awareness gained to face your fear, doubt and blame, and begin the process of clearing out
