OCTOBER 2016

THIS MONTH'S KEY MESSAGE

I am worthy of my own attention, acknowledgment, approval and validation.

This month's theme is connection. Maintaining a direct line to your true self creates inner peace and a security that will allow you to be interdependent in your relationships. You will be able increase ownership, emotional availability, commitment to self and a positive outlook, which will allow you to also be the partner and person that you seek within your relationships.

The Library Podcast Ep 6: How Nat Got Into A Journaling Habit

Each month you will enjoy access to a podcast episode created exclusively for members where I will share on an experience I’ve been through and highlight ways to get out of your own way, how to reduce ‘baggage’, and how to turn those head-wrecking and painful experiences into a gift.

Listen below or download here.

Recognising Discomfort worksheet

This worksheet helps you to get a handle on listening to you. Discomfort is a cue to be more boundaried but also lets you know where you might be out of alignment, giving you the opportunity to figure out what it is that you need.

100 Days of Baggage Reclaim: The Self-Esteem Project

100 Days of Baggage ReclaimAt the start of 2016, I decided to create a self-esteem project that would empower people to take small, powerful steps each day to improve not just the way they treated and regarded themselves but to help them have more loving experiences. The result was 100 Days of Baggage Reclaim which I ran as an email course. Blown away by the profound impact that it had on so many who took the course and realising that the best format for it was a book, I have put those one hundred lessons into an ebook.

100 Days of Baggage Reclaim is packed with bitesize doses of inspiration, mindset shifts, tips and practices to help you discover and reclaim the great you within so that you can enjoy more loving relationships and experiences. Imagine the things that you could do and how you might feel if you consistently invested a little bit of time in you! Each day includes journaling prompts. You can of course read ahead but I do encourage you to do all of the journaling.
