This month's theme is self-acceptance. Becoming more aware of where you have been self-rejecting and why means that you can make more conscious choices about the thoughts that you feed you and the way that you treat you. Heal old rejections so that you can become more open to life.

100 Days of Baggage ReclaimAt the start of 2016, I decided to create a self-esteem project that would empower people to take small, powerful steps each day to improve not just the way they treated and regarded themselves but to help them have more loving experiences. Blown away by the profound impact that it had on so many who took the course and realising that the best format for it was a book, I have put those one hundred lessons into an ebook.
