COURSE GOALS

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of patterns and habits.
  • Apply the knowledge gained to identify your own pattern and habits.
  • Significantly increase self-awareness by building self-knowledge through classes and activities.
  • Understand past events and experiences with a fresh and more self-compassionate perspective plus process and reorganise/clear-out these thoughts and lingering meanings that are tied to certain feelings.
  • Build a foundation for improving upon your self-esteem and evolving into being you – self-knowledge helps with self-trust, boundaries, decision-making and your overall self-esteem.
  • Get conscious, aware, and present. Get in command of you.
