MODULE 2 – What’s Your Pattern?

Step two of Break The Cycle is to identify your net outcome, so what tends to happen in your dating and relationship experiences. This week is all about identifying your pattern by noticing the reoccurring themes and acknowledging some of the reasons why they’re there. I teach you about why mixing up sacrificing with giving has a huge role to play in your cycle and the reasons for it, plus I explain roles, beliefs and how these create your pattern. Come out of this week with awareness and knowledge of what has been going on and recognise the blind spots.
