WEEK FOUR

By the end of this module, you will:

• Know how emotions work and how your feelings can be used in a more empowering way.
• Have strategies in place to help rein in your inner critic and discern your feelings.

Objectives:

• Have perspective shifting insight into how feelings work
• Identify what your inner critic thinks that it’s trying to protect you from and correlate this with the work you’ve been doing so far
• Distinguish between internal and external fear
• Expand your emotional vocabulary and be able to step back enough to establish what your current emotional state is
• Can employ affirmations and logical reasoning to aid the self-soothing process
